LUXURY ASSETS CANDIDATE SCREENING GUIDLINES: 

  • We scrutinize, check and validate all CVs/ Resumes and related information.
  • We interview all candidates thoroughly (in person or through two extensive video interviews) and provide detailed interview notes.
  • We verbally verify a minimum of two references before client interviews.
  • We check each candidate’s legal status to work.
  • We verify registrations with official bodies (e.g. Ofsted) where possible.
  • We require Enhanced DBS (former CRB) Criminal Record checks (no longer than 1 year old) as standard.
