Job Description: For an established Multi Family Office in Mallorca we are looking for an experienced trilingual (English, Spanish, German) Office Assistant/ PA to work from the Palma office.

The Multi Family Office was established 5 years ago and delivers high level services to families. The office is open planned (with two separate offices) with two other staff and is located in the centre of Palma. Occasional travel may be required.

The duties are:

- To deal with correspondence

- Log invoices

- Deal with client requests

- Oversee projects (e.g. inventories, refurbishments, special events)

- Research suppliers and contractors (jet companies, yachting agents etc.)

- Present quotes and create presentations

- Liaise with several properties and their house managers

- Run errands if required

-Requirements:

- Fluency in English and German (verbal and written) and ideally Spanish

- Excellent command of Office suite

- Exceptional organizational skills/ multi-tasking skills

- Impeccable telephone manner

- Able to work well under pressure and to high standards

The client is looking for candidates who have a strong background in private service and good knowledge of the type of demands and the level standards required. Knowledge of yachting is an advantage. Candidates should be switched on, pro-active, dependable, well presented and polite.

To start early 2018.

To work Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm (with 2 hours for lunch)
