Job Description: For an informal family of four we are looking for a permanent houseman, live-out for Chelsea, London. Previous experience of private families and gardening essential. Drivers license a must.

The property has 4 bedrooms and a large garden with a terrace. The parents are professional with two school going children. There is a p/t housekeeper employed who cleans in during the week in the mornings (and takes care of the laundry). The family is looking for someone who can assist with running the house as well as the garden. The lady Owner is a keen cook and the household is run informally.

The duties:

  • Oversee any light maintenance
  • Keep garden and outside area tidy (jet washing)
  • Cover furniture
  • Plant and prune plants (seasonal plus border)
  • Cut and care for lawn
  • Keep two cars clean
  • Assist with the admin of the cars
  • Drive children to activities
  • Oversee contractors and take in deliveries
  • Assist the housekeeper with housekeeping (clean, dust, tidy), if needed
  • Shop for and store food
  • Pre-prepare meals if required
  • Run errands (dry–cleaning etc).


  • 3 -5 years previous family experience
  • Good knowledge of DYI and house maintenance
  • High end housekeeping skills
  • Good knowledge of plant and lawn care
  • Clean drivers license
  • Flexible attitude

The family is looking for an all-rounder who is happy to assist where needed, someone who is practical, hands on and very flexible. Candidates should speak fluent English, be reliable and trustworthy. The family is looking for a long term commitment.

The hours are 8am – 5pm with an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday and occasionally ½ Saturdays (time in lieu given). To start as soon as possible.

Job Description: For a professional German family we are looking for an experienced mature nanny/ housekeeper to take care of the household in the mornings and look after the 3 year old daughter in the afternoons (30%).

The family has an apartment in Central London (Oxford Circus tube station) and travels much within Europe during the school holidays and will stay up to 2 months in their French villa on the Cote D'Azur in the summer. The housekeeper accompanies the client when travelling and is given time in lieu for any overtime worked. While travelling (the family always stays in very good hotels) the nanny/ housekeeper is provided with a room of her own. All travel expenses and meals are covered. Another part/time housekeeper is employed to assist with the cleaning. 

The duties:

- General light housekeeping

- Shopping and preparing simple meals for dinner (some guests at times)

- Looking ater the daughter when she returns from Kindergarten at 12noon, play with her or take her to activities.

This is an informal household and the family is keen to seek someone who is mature, without commitments, settled, stable, with a positive outlook, friendly, sensible and experienced in child care and housekeeping. The nanny/ housekeeper should acknowledge the wishes of the family and integrate to become part of it.

Candidates should be well presented, organized and live within commutable distance to Central London and be highly flexible. Driving is an advantage. Job Description: After returning from their holidays, a HNW family is looking for an experienced live-out Housekeeper to clean several properties in Zug/ Zurich, Switzerland. Must have acute eye for detail, be flexible, hand-on and able to cook. Drivers only.

The family owns several properties, including a main residence, apartments and offices. There are pet dogs and there is no entertainment. The households are run informally.

All properties are regularly serviced and checked to varying degrees depending on occupancy. If the couple are in residence generally no staff is required (only when they go out). The apartments of the children are cleaned and serviced weekly. There are two other housekeeper/ cooks to assist. The role reports to the Household Manager who is based at the office and the PA who assists.

The duties:

-     Clean properties to high standards and according to requirements this includes dusting, 

      mopping, vacuuming, polishing, wiping surfaces either as pre-scheduled or on demand

-     Ready the properties for family visits

-     Take care of all laundry, iron and sort items for dry cleaning

-     Shop for fresh ingredients and to exact requirement; stock up cupboards and fridges (expiry 

      dates need to be observed)

-     Prepare healthy Mediterranean cuisine family meals (often pre-cooked for the weekends)

-     Take in deliveries and store items

-     Carry out light maintenance (change of light bulbs)

-     Care for plants inside and where possible outside the homes

-     Report any work that needs carrying out and oversee contractors

-     Liaise with the family office

-     Run errands and look after the dogs on occasion

The requirements:

-      3-5 years private household experience

-      High end hands on housekeeping skills to high standards and ability to work independently

-      Excellent knowledge caring for luxury materials (cashmere, silks, leather etc.)

-      Family cooking skills (including lactose free) and identifying quality produce

-      Acute eye for detail and flexibility

-      Excellent communications and organisational skills

-      Fluency in English or German – additionally Italian and French are desirable

-      Clean drivers’ license

-      Good knowledge of Swiss everyday life, if possible


We are looking for candidates who have a natural affinity for detail and high standards, who are friendly, discreet, efficient, conscientious and very trustworthy. Job Description: A new client a Russian family who own several properties are looking for a Senior Housekeeper to look after their Lake Como villa. Some travel to Porto Cervo will be required. Fluency in Italian/ English as well experience in of working in Italy essential.

The Russian family with 3 young children and a small team of travelling staff live permanently in Russia but for their holidays visit Italy (and for weekends). Standards are high and some local staff are employed. The Senior Housekeeper is based at Lake Como and ensures the property is kept to high standards. There is one other part-time housekeeper. The role reports to the Yacht/ Property Manager.

The duties of the Senior Housekeeper:

  • Ready the villa for family visits
  • Tidy, clean, dust, vacuum, polish and wipe surfaces to high standards
  • Oversee linen and laundry
  • Organize cleaning products and cupboards
  • Oversee other housekeeper and seasonal staff
  • Report any work that needs to be carried out
  • Liaise with contractors
  • Oversee the alarm system
  • Travel to Porto Cervo on occasion if assistance is needed
  • Run errands and help out during family events


  • Fluency in Italian/ English, Russian a bonus

We are looking for a well-organized, responsible and reliable senior housekeeper who takes pride in her work and who has flexibility. The ability to be able to work on her own is key – as this is not a full time residence. Good reporting skills (IT knowledge) are an advantage. This is a live-out role, based on Lake Como, near Lugano.

 To work 5 days a week, Mon – Fri,  9am – 5pm with some flexibility during visits
