Job Description: For a HNW couple, we are looking for a bilingual (English/ German) Private PA to support their extensive travels and busy lifestyle. The role is live-out but based at the couple’s home in Belgravia. Previous extensive experience in supporting a couple’s lifestyle family and travel is essential.

Currently residing in Hamburg, Germany, he and his wife will be moving to Belgravia, London shortly into a new 5 bedroom house. Both travel for longer periods and spend the summer in the South of France and Germany. The house is looked after by 2 housekeepers. The couple own two small dogs. Both are very exacting with very high standards.

The duties include:

- Extensive diary management, detailed agendas and itineraries across different time zones

- Provide concierge services including booking private jets and hotels, cars

- Research best restaurants, shows and sites to visit

- Assist in planning small events that include family and friends

- Being on call 24/7

- Arrange and oversee the move into the new property

- Source and set up utilities, insurances, council tax etc. and their payments

- Schedule and oversee contractors and maintenance

- Assist with registering with local surgeries, dentists, vets etc.

- Carry out shopping for presents, when required and run errands

- Liaise with family members and their family office

Requirements:

- At least 5 years HNW experience as a Private PA

- Experienced in working in London, having set up a private household

- Fluency in English and German

- An extensive black little book with international contacts

- Exceptional organizational, communication and research skills

- A tenacious attitude to get things well

- Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure

- Work autonomously

We are looking for candidates who can think ahead and who are solution orientated, self-motivated and flexible. An acute eye for detail is a must as well as being well-presented, able to think on their feet and get things done. Candidates should be proactive, have immaculate manners and be well experienced in the luxury industry. The client is looking for a truly supportive figure, to be relied upon, loyal and trustworthy.

Job Description: For the designer of a fashion company we are looking for a Private Personal Assistant based in her Zurich office with some travel.  Previous experience of living and working in Zurich/ Switzerland is essential. Fluency in German and English as must.

The designer and creative director designs for well-known fashion labels and travels to all the European fashion shows.

The duties are primarily private and will include work for her husband:

-      Dealing with all admin and billing of the household – liaising with accountants

-      Organizing the household (maintenance/ housekeeping)

-      Personal shopping/ stocking of toiletries and filling up fridge with foods if required

-      Research and book holidays and trips

-      Make appointment and replying to emails

-      Arranging car maintenance

-      Running errands

The  Requirements:

-      Must have fluency in English and German

-      Previous experience of working in Zurich/ Switzerland

-      Min. 4 years’ experience including private households

-      Highly personable flexible and friendly

We are looking for candidates who have previously organized private households to run smoothly. Candidates should be hands on, switched on, able to think ahead and be proactive. Expert local knowledge of Zurich and the area is essential including a little black book of contacts. The client is looking for someone well presented, highly organized and reliable, detail driven and friendly with excellent communications skills. Previous experience within the fashion industry and other languages an advantage.

To be based at the Zurich open planned office. Some travel may be required on short trips within Europe. To start as soon as possible. 

To work initially part time (50% pensum), hours to be arranged. May be extended to full-time.
