Candidate screening guidelines
- We scrutinize, check and validate all CVs/ Resumes, references and related information
- Our recruitment process is rigorous, which candidates need to pass to be put forward for potential roles
- We interview all candidates thoroughly (in person or through extensive video interviews) and provide detailed interview notes
- Written references are verbally verified with the candidate’s knowledge
- We check each candidate’s legal status to work
- We request DBS security checks (no longer than 1 year old) from candidates

Establish exact requirements
Once you have identified the need for staff, please contact us, and we will discuss with you in detail all your requirements about the role – however small. We will provide guidance and advice based on best practice to ensure the new candidate offers you the best solution.
We have a pool of candidates to draw upon and we are extremely well connected within the industry. This enables us to go to extraordinary lengths to find the ideal person you are looking for.
By law, we only put forward candidates who have given their consent to have their personal details put forward to you.
Putting Forward Candidates
Our candidate dossiers are comprehensively detailed and beautifully presented, ensuring they meet all your requirements and answer everything you need to know about the candidate.
With your choice of applicants made we will schedule initial interviews which, depending on location, can be via phone, video call or in person.
We also offer free interview and people skills coaching to all candidates, which makes for stronger candidacies.
Please note that candidates travelling long distances will usually have their travel expenses reimbursed by the client.
We strongly recommend a short trial depending on the candidate’s work situation. We offer a free three-day trial for which the candidate needs to be paid directly by the client including any expenses which are confirmed prior to the trial.
The job offer
If the candidate is offered the role, we will assist in contract negotiations until all parties are happy. Before the candidate commences their first day of work, the invoice for the placement fee will be issued.
Candidate Commencing Work & Probation
Throughout the probation we continue to support clients and candidates.
We offer a three-month placement guarantee, should the candidate not work out.
