The parents are keen to find a Nanny/PA who supports their lifestyle and values of respect, politeness and fairness.  Most importantly the Nanny/ PA should either already live locally or be prepared to move to the area and live close by. This is largely so that both can have space when needed (e.g. in lunch breaks). The family are relaxed, easy going, caring, thoughtful and warm hearted. They seek a Nanny/ PA who fits into their lifestyle long term, able to tune into the vibes of the family, someone who is energetic with a calm demeanour, discreet and sensitive towards the family´s needs. The family put much emphasis on an active healthy lifestyle, while being grounded so someone sporty and keen on outdoor sports would be great (walking, swimming, cycling, skiing, etc.).

Zug is a small beautiful lake side town 30 min from Zurich with a strong international community. The Nanny/ PA is able to have use of a car and local public transport is excellent. Please note that in Switzerland employees are obliged to obtain their own private health insurance.

After a paid and successful trial, the candidate is provided with Airbnb (or similar) accommodation for the probation period of 3 months (with the salary adjusted). Assistance to find local permanent accommodation will be given, if needed.

Hours: Mon – Fri, 40 hrs a week, this can be flexible (e.g. 8am-6pm with time for lunch and one morning off), some longer hours over the holidays if agreeable. Holidays are 4 weeks a year, taken in liaison with the parents. Long weekends can be taken. There is flexibility to leave earlier depending on travel distance.
