Travelling PA, Zurich, Switzerland*

For a Swiss/ German UHNW couple we are looking for an experienced German/ English/ French speaking Travelling PA, based in Zurich, live-out. Travel is extensive and an EU/ CH passport is essential. Drivers only.

The client owns several staffed properties including in Zurich, Hamburg, Paris and the South of France, staying between 1-3 weeks in each location plus others on business. The role is based in Zurich and travel is mostly by private jet. Each property is running smoothly with experienced staff in place. The work is around 50% business (both run a well known luxury real estate business) and 50% private.The couple frequently have friends and business partners visit in each property. There are no pets. The role is based in an office in their Zurich property.

The Travelling PA´s duties:

• Managing extensive travel arrangements
• Overseeing diaries and coordinating appointments
• Act as a gate keepeer
• Deal with all correspondence and filing
• Making bookings and concierge requests
• Overseeing projects and refurbishments
• Managing and delivering business and private events (up to 200 pax) incl. catering and entertainment
• Conducting research and compiling reports
• Liaising with the staff of each property and overseeing readiness for visits
• Dealing with orders (wines etc)
• Personal shopping and gift purchases
• Running errands

Requirements:

• Must have an EU/ CH passport
• Fluency in German, English and French
• 5 years’ experience as Travelling PA
• Excellent black book of contacts with local knowledge of Zurich
• Must have an acute eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience in real estate is an advantage
• Current DBS security check
• Written references from past private employers

For the Travelling PA, we are looking for candidates who are independent and happy to travel. Own accommodation (hotel or apartment) when travelling is always provided plus subsistence.

Hours: Mon. - Fri, approx. from 9am - 6pm (incl. lunch) with some flexibility when travelling (time in lieu given).

The salary: Approx. CHF 90000 - 120000 gross p.a. depending on experience plus a yearly bonus. Access to a car in most locations.
